In der Rolle des Community Engagement Specialists liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf der Förderung und dem Wohlbefinden unserer Gemeinschaft. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle dabei, positive Erfahrungen für unsere Mitglieder zu schaffen und eine einladende Atmosphäre zu gestalten.

Aufgaben

1. Mitgliederzufriedenheit:

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Mitgliedern, um ein unterstützendes und kooperatives Umfeld zu fördern.
  • Planung und Durchführung von Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen und Networking-Events zur Förderung des Austauschs und der Zusammenarbeit.
  • Als Ansprechpartner für Fragen, Anliegen und Feedback der Mitglieder fungieren und entsprechend reagieren.

2. Organisatorische Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellen, dass der Standort voll funktionsfähig ist und die Abläufe reibungslos verlaufen.
  • Verwaltung von Mitgliedsanmeldungen, Verträgen und Zahlungen.
  • Koordination von Besprechungsräumen und Veranstaltungen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Mitglieder und deren Orientierung.
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Umsetzung von Kundenwünschen.

3. Social Media Betreuung:

  • Aktive Pflege und Betreuung unserer Social Media Kanäle zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit.
  • Erstellung von ansprechendem Content zur Engagement und Information der Community.
  • Entwicklung und Versand von Newslettern.
Qualifikationen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Leidenschaft für die Arbeit mit Menschen und die Schaffung einer positiven Gemeinschaft.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Proaktives Handeln und Mitdenken.
  • Hohe Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich).
    Erfahrung im Eventmanagement und im Gastgewerbe sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in Social Media ist wünschenswert.
  • Kreativität und ein Gespür für Design und visuelle Gestaltung sind von Vorteil.
