Job Title: Community Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Grimlore Games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media and community management strategy for all of our games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our players and foster a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure that our social media channels are aligned with our game's brand and messaging.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Twitter, YouTube, and Discord.
  • Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content is posted on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure that our community is informed and engaged with our game's development process.
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to inform future strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for gaming and an understanding of the games industry.
