Job Description

Business Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our platform's supply side, collaborating with our Business Development and Account Managers on critical projects, and taking ownership of business growth, client development, and project management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of our platform's supply side, our Consultant network
  • Collaborate with our Business Development and Account Managers on their most business-critical projects
  • Take ownership of business growth, win and develop clients, and run your own projects with top-tier clients and consultants
  • Develop consultant relationships and enable them to work on exciting projects
  • Master effective communication with all internal/external stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Graduated/about to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a similar field, with outstanding academic records
  • A passion for start-ups and want to prepare for your own adventure down the road
  • Strong analytical skills that you use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many domains
  • Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales or in startups)
  • Fluency in English is a must, German and French are nice to have
