Area Director of Revenue Management (m/f/d)
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is a premier global hospitality organization that encompasses a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 hotels across 68 countries. We are currently seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Area Director of Revenue Management (m/f/d) to provide strategic oversight for our managed hotels in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic leadership and guidance to revenue management teams across the defined area.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize market pricing and distribution.
- Facilitate training and the adoption of revenue management best practices across all properties.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to create tailored sales strategies that align with hotel objectives.
- Assist in executing Hyatt's global distribution strategy to enhance profitability through direct and intermediated channels.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management. A strong grasp of revenue management analytics and pricing systems is essential. Experience managing multiple properties is advantageous.
