Über die Position:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Performance Marketing, der unsere globale Performance-Marketing-Strategie entwickelt und umsetzt. Als Mitglied unseres Teams bist du für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kampagnenplanung, -durchführung und -optimierung verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und Führung der globalen Performance-Marketing-Strategie über Kanäle wie SEA, Display-Marketing, Remarketing, Social Ads und Affiliate Marketing
  • Umsetzung einer datengesteuerten Vorgehensweise für Kampagnenplanung, -durchführung und -optimierung zur Erreichung der wichtigsten KPIs
  • Aufbau, Betreuung und Leitung eines leistungsstarken Performance-Marketing-Teams, einschließlich Förderung von ständiger Weiterbildung und Motivation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams wie Produktmanagement, Analyse, Marketing als auch Vertrieb, um Marketingstrategien mit den Geschäftsanforderungen abzustimmen
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Performance-Marketing (besonders SEA) und einschlägige Führungserfahrung
  • Extrem analytisch, Spaß an Zahlen und kniffligen Problemstellungen und stark im konzeptionellen Denken
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination anspruchsvoller technischer Performance-Projekte über diverse Teams (z.B. Product und Engineering) dank exzellentem Projektmanagement
  • Idealerweise ein hervorragendes Netzwerk im Performance-Marketing-Bereich
