Key Responsibilities:
  • Discover new market segments and engage with strategic clients to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain proactive engagement with potential clients, identifying and addressing their challenges.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the portfolio.
  • Act as the customer advocate to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Lead complex projects aimed at resolving customer pain points and enhancing overall experience.
  • Effectively communicate ideas and strategies to diverse audiences through written and verbal channels, including business cases and strategic documentation.

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is integral to Amazon's operational success. By utilizing various transport methods and cutting-edge sortation centers, we ensure maximum efficiency in our logistics operations. Our team leverages data to inform decisions, fostering innovation and efficiency while prioritizing safety and sustainability.

Amazon Freight provides businesses of all sizes with the capability to transport products in bulk across Europe, utilizing a rapidly growing, technology-driven service. As part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization, we are responsible for many of Amazon's premier logistics and transportation operations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Relevant experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in utilizing data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Experience in identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
  • Relevant work experience in supply chain management, business development, or consulting.
  • Advanced degree.
  • Proficiency in additional EU languages.
