We are seeking a highly skilled Business Director to join our team. As a champion in client relationships, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive and lasting relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our creative teams to produce best-in-class ideas and execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and communicating the point of view of a creative agency on every touchpoint, internally and externally.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships on senior level while uncovering client needs.
- Clearly communicating client objectives and collaborating with creative directors and planners to set the creative and strategic tone for the client.
- Evaluating creative products against strategic direction and providing on-track feedback.
- Confidently leading the creative team through accurate briefing and project handling skills.
- Resolving conflicts, providing clear and fair direction and feedback to mid-level and junior staff.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
- Managing and facilitating new business pitches.
As a Business Director, you will be a true team leader who cares for your team and the team members of a project. You will be responsible for resolving conflicts, providing clear and fair direction and feedback to mid-level and junior staff.
