Job Title: Field Service Technician

The ADI Centre of Excellence is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the internal technical team to provide support to customers and sales.
  • Provide technical services for CCTV, IP Video, and Access Control, including site surveys, project and system design, technical product demonstrations, and training.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Document processes and follow company procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar technical support role within the electronics industry.
  • Fluency in German and English.
