Job Title: Field Service Technician

The ADI Centre of Excellence is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers and sales teams
  • Work closely with Field Sales & Key Accounts to provide value-added technical services
  • Conduct site surveys, project and system design, technical product demonstrations, and develop and deliver classroom-based training courses
  • Pre-configure and onsite commissioning of products
  • Provide post-sales technical support both remotely and onsite
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Document processes and follow company procedures and protocols
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar technical support role within the electronics industry
  • Fluency in German and English
