Marketing Internship at Estée Lauder Companies

We are dedicated to innovation in beauty products and maintain a prominent position in the Prestige Beauty sector across more than 150 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Team with daily tasks and operations
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Influencer, PR, and Virtual Selling initiatives
  • Translate marketing and training materials (EN/DE)
  • Prepare briefings and communications for CRM and customer engagement
  • Implement POS activations in collaboration with Corporate departments
  • Support the planning of new product launches and inventory management
  • Conduct independent research, analyze trends and partnerships, and compile reports for regional management

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a business-related field with a focus on Marketing
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work autonomously
  • Genuine interest in cosmetics and lifestyle with a proactive mindset
  • Demonstrates initiative and enjoys collaborative work
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
  • Prepared to engage in exciting projects for a duration of 6 months
