Additionally: With our trainee program, you can shorten the 3-year training to become a retail salesperson (m/f/d) to just 18 months, focusing on leadership skills. What you will learn with us:- Conducting advisory and sales discussions
- Utilizing digital market systems, as well as managing procurement, storage, and inventory control
- Organizing the overall market, including personnel planning and team leadership
- Implementing projects aimed at customer retention and quality assurance
- Analyzing sales statistics and assessing profitability (e.g., inventory checks)
