About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the Fresh Produce Department. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers
- Conducting regular product checks and maintaining a high level of product quality
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for working with fresh produce and providing excellent customer service
