Global Transaction Banking Business Coordinator (m/f/d)

Position Overview

The Global Transaction Banking Business Coordinator (m/f/d) plays a crucial role in supporting the leadership team in Germany by addressing strategic and organizational challenges to enhance decision-making and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze strategic and organizational issues to support effective decision-making.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team to optimize daily business management.
  • Recommend solutions for problem resolution and collaborate closely with headquarters.
  • Act as a liaison for the leadership team, ensuring alignment on priorities and positions.
  • Facilitate coordinated cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee all administrative, financial, and operational activities on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Serve as a point of contact among various teams and departments.
  • Coordinate and supervise regulatory and risk reporting as necessary.
  • Regularly prepare and submit reports, including dashboards, to the leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal rules and policies.
  • Uphold governance standards, particularly for new business initiatives.
  • Take on leadership and project management roles for key activities as directed.

Required Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with German and international Global Transaction Banking products and processes.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or department.
  • Client-oriented mindset, both internally and externally.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus.
  • High commitment and sense of responsibility.

  • Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
