About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator: Funding to join our team at Thermondo. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to make climate-neutral living accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process funding applications with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of funding applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of government funding programs and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on funding processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in credit processing and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Fluency in English (B2) and German (C2), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
