AI Product Manager

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager specializing in Machine Learning to spearhead the creation and execution of machine learning functionalities within CELUS. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping product direction, working alongside diverse teams, and ensuring the effective integration of machine learning models that elevate the CELUS platform's performance and user satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establish and implement the machine learning product roadmap in line with the organization's objectives and vision.
  • Engage with data scientists, engineers, and key stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize machine learning applications.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of AI/ML models, from concept and prototyping to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive assessments to guide product innovation and guarantee the development of state-of-the-art machine learning solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Product to formulate go-to-market strategies for emerging machine learning features and offerings.
  • Manage the product backlog, addressing new feature proposals, improvements, and issue resolutions.
  • Promote the continuous enhancement of machine learning models by evaluating performance metrics and integrating user insights.
  • Effectively communicate product developments and insights to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Interpret and convey AI/ML model operations, ensuring clarity and accountability for all deployed models within the organization.

Your qualifications include:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management with an emphasis on machine learning or artificial intelligence products.
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS B2B or B2C products, ideally in a startup context.
  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML frameworks in Python and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Understanding of machine learning deployment processes.
  • Strong grasp of the mathematical foundations underlying AI/ML models. Familiarity with NLP and generative AI is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to tackle intricate technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team setting and manage various stakeholders.
