Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Product Definition und Product Delivery im After-Sales-Bereich unserer Online-Studienformate.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Go-to-market Teams zusammen und gestaltest maßgeblich die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Produkte sowie AI-Initiativen mit.
  • Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden im Online-Studium bis ins Detail, trittst als Customer Advocate auf und sorgst für die Umsetzung begeisternder Erlebnisse und Touchpoints.
  • Du entwickelst mithilfe Deiner AI-Expertise unsere Produkte und Serviceangebote kontinuierlich weiter und agierst als interne Beratung sowie Koordinationsfunktion.
  • Du koordinierst und förderst die cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit, bringst Business Stakeholder und Tech-Teams zusammen und moderierst souverän Entscheidungsprozesse und Management Meetings.
  • Du behältst mit Deinem Team die Customer Journey ganzheitlich im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass der Produkterfolg und die KPIs stets erreicht werden.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Computer Science, Business Administration, General Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du kannst mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich AI und fundierte Kenntnisse der neuesten GenAI-Technologien vorweisen.
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägte Servicementalität sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Du verstehst Dich als strategischer Berater (m/w/d) für Deine Schnittstellen und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung aus der Beratung mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kundenfeedback und setzt Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten ein, um Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Projektmanagement-Skills, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich darzustellen.
  • Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit, kannst Dich gegenüber verschiedenen Stakeholdern durchsetzen und hast Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Top Management.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
