We are seeking a dedicated Catering Support Specialist (m/w/d) for our expanding Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) division in a permanent position.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
  • Coordination and booking of meeting rooms and events for clients and partners
  • Preparation of meeting rooms with beverages and snacks as per prior requests
  • Ensuring cleanliness in the respective conference rooms before the start of meetings
  • Restoration of conference rooms to their original state post-meeting
  • Maintenance of kitchen areas within the building, including cleaning
  • Loading and unloading of dishwashers available on-site
  • Guidance and supervision of external service providers at the location
YOUR STRENGTHS
  • Training or experience in the service sector, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in German
  • Good command of English
  • Well-groomed appearance
