About the Customer Success Manager Role
SAP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our solutions by our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes and industries.
