Real Estate Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Location: Munich

Your key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and executing the initial leasing of both residential and commercial properties
  • Strategic planning and implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Managing external service providers while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards
  • Engaging with governmental bodies, district offices, and local municipalities
  • Coordinating property inspections and facilitating handover processes
  • Drafting reminders and enforcement notifications

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a real estate professional or equivalent, with further qualifications in property management or a related discipline preferred
  • Several years of relevant experience in the real estate sector
  • Comprehensive understanding of rental legislation and property management
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent organizational skills, and interpersonal acumen
  • Proficient in IT, with experience in property management software being advantageous
