About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented student to support our Global Real Estate & Facilities team in Germany. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth relocation of our offices from Munich city center and Hallbergmoos to Garching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with service providers to modify furniture and dismantle equipment
  • Assist with emptying the buildings, including opening storage spaces and preparing documents
  • Provide training and support on various topics, such as smart storage spaces and access systems
  • Support day-to-day operations in all buildings as needed
  • Assist with communications and preparation of documents for the move and new building

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel
  • Language skills: fluent in German, English as a plus
  • Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative

About the Team

Global Real Estate & Facilities is responsible for SAP's global real estate portfolio and operational facility management (FM). We see ourselves as an innovative and reliable partner to the business within SAP, developing first-class workplace and infrastructure solutions aligned with SAP's values.

Our team handles tasks related to building management, services, real estate, and construction management for our office buildings and data centers. We are responsible for all locations in Germany, which include over 50 buildings and a total area of over 700,000 square meters.
