Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Compliance Officer is tasked with overseeing compliance issues related to Prime's global real estate advisory, investment, and management operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing Prime's compliance policies and procedures to align with evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.
- Monitoring global legal and regulatory changes, assessing their relevance, and managing the implementation of necessary adjustments.
- Creating and executing internal compliance procedures, templates, and best practices while providing support to the global compliance team.
- Conducting risk assessments and ongoing compliance testing and monitoring.
- Executing compliance activities in accordance with established policies, particularly focusing on due diligence processes related to anti-financial crime.
- Advising business units and delivering tailored compliance training to employees.
- Representing compliance interests in executive boards and committees, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Managing regulatory audits and coordinating necessary remediation efforts.
- Fostering a robust compliance culture within the organization.
