At All4Labels, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and enhance the existing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement solution to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define Salesforce features, enhancements, and improvements that align with organizational goals.
  • Focus on Integration between Salesforce and various ERP Systems using multiple integration methods to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive successful product development.
  • Steer multiple suppliers to ensure stable Salesforce Operations and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other product owners, developers, and application specialists to drive business value.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable background.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Account Engagement.
  • Strong experience in System Integration between Salesforce and ERP-Systems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across intercultural teams and business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken, and a willingness to travel up to 10 percent.
