Sales Manager

CargoBeamer AG is a leading logistics service provider for rail, and we're looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our presence in the Dutch market, with a focus on acquiring new customers and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure potential new customers from various industries to maximize the capacity utilization of our trains.
- Develop suitable solution concepts based on customer needs, create competitive offers including pricing, and conduct price negotiations.
- Finalize contracts in close coordination with management.
- Continuously expand and support existing customer relationships.
- Completed degree in economics with a focus on logistics and/or sales, or completed vocational training with relevant work experience in sales, preferably in transport & logistics.
- Excellent communication skills, both precise and persuasive.
- Demonstrable negotiation skills and the ability to conduct conversations effectively.
- Strong customer orientation, open and communicative personality, as well as a good network in the public sector.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to intermodal transport concepts.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills; French is an advantage, and basic knowledge of German is nice to have.
- Strong understanding of the Dutch market with relevant experience.
- Willingness to undertake regular business trips within the Netherlands and the Benelux area, up to 50%.
