## Job Title: Technical Sales Manager Europe

## Job Summary

Anderson McQue is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our European sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the renewable energy sector.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector
* Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction
* Build and maintain a deep understanding of key technologies and applications in the renewable energy space
* Analyze and create innovative solutions and propositions that deliver tangible business benefits to customers
* Develop effective sales proposals and presentations, utilizing a range of communications tools and techniques
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

## Requirements

* Professional background in a technical sales role in a B2B environment
* Strong understanding of the renewables market with experience in a Power Electronics background
* Desirable - 3rd level / University Qualification in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
* Proficient in English and German, with French as an additional advantage
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a capability to build and forge customer relationships
