Job Title: Sales Account Manager

My client, a well-regarded UK manufacturer of Pressure Care products, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team in Germany.

This is a player-manager role, responsible for growing country sales as a whole and managing a small sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience selling medical equipment into hospital environments and an understanding of tissue viability would be a great asset.

The successful candidate will be able to write and speak English fluently and travel to the UK as required for meetings. Based in Germany, this is a great opportunity to join a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales/BDM experience in the German hospital market
  • 5 years of experience selling a medical device/medical equipment product (not theatre)
  • Tissue viability or pressure care experience a benefit
  • Previous experience managing a small team as a player-manager
  • Knowledge of German medical tendering platforms
  • Highly e-literate and proficient with video conferencing
  • European Passport and Driving License
