We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Avantgarde Experts. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving critical service solutions based on customer and market requirements to meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including new features, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the Product Owner for assigned countries, including forecasting, monitoring, and implementing changes to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop strong partnerships with third-party companies, including SaaS and Managed Service organizations, and select and onboard vendors according to business requirements.
  • Be the main point of contact in case of escalations, addressing arising issues with appropriate solutions, and provide regular metric updates and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in English.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant experience in business development, vendor management, and customer success management, with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Relevant experience in project management and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex reports, as well as developing value-add partnerships and managing third-party companies.
