Your Role
The Business Support Central Europe Savoury will play a crucial role in supporting customer relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the strategic growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer requests promptly and provide qualified and speedy responses.
- Facilitate customer visits and workshops to enhance relationships.
- Manage follow-up activities and communications after customer visits.
- Actively participate in customer visits to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain intense communication with Business Support and Account Management teams in affiliates.
- Provide training for trainees and apprentices to build their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Completed a commercial apprenticeship or holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (or an equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of 2 years of business support experience or completed apprenticeship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, EIS, and PACE, ensuring capability in handling various business applications and systems.
- Basic technical knowledge about the products, the market, and customer needs.
- Strong project management skills, capable of planning, executing, and overseeing projects to successful completion.
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
