**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mühlbauer Group. As a Sales Manager for the MENA Region, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Middle East and North Africa.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the Managing Director in steering international sales in the business area Tecurity
  • Expand sales activities and relationship management internally and externally using a structured approach
  • Responsibility for new customer acquisition and support of the existing customer base
  • Responsibility for results in worldwide markets of our solutions
  • Lead employees on an international level

**Requirements**

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on engineering or sales
  • Ideally, first management experience in a sales organization, preferably in the area of capital goods and government business
  • Sales experience in international markets and negotiating skills in government contacts
  • Excellent technical and commercial understanding, as well as the ability to look ahead powerfully
  • Confident and convincing appearance as a representative of our company and willingness to travel
  • Business fluent knowledge of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken
