About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager for the MENA Region to lead our international sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Managing Director in steering international sales in the business area of Tecurity
  • Expand sales activities and relationship management internally and externally using a structured approach
  • Oversee new customer acquisition and support the existing customer base
  • Ensure successful results in worldwide markets for our solutions
  • Lead employees on an international level
Requirements
  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on engineering or sales
  • First management experience in a sales organization, preferably in the area of capital goods and government business
  • Sales experience in international markets and negotiating skills in government contacts
  • Excellent technical and commercial understanding, as well as the ability to think strategically
  • Confident and convincing appearance as a representative of our company, with a willingness to travel
  • Business fluent knowledge of French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken
