People and Culture Manager

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at ProVeg e.V. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization that aims to reduce global meat consumption by 50% by 2040.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Headhunting: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for key roles within the organization.
- Talent Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job description drafting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with the management team to drive organizational growth and development, focusing on impactful work that aligns with strategic priorities.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, mutual support, and a sense of humor among team members.
- HR Operations: Coordinate learning activities, develop in-house training programs, and oversee the Personal Development Review process.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance ProVeg's employer brand, both internally and externally.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting and headhunting, with a strong understanding of international recruitment practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently, and a strong attention to detail.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in the recruitment process.
- Technology: Proficiency in leveraging technology and social media for effective sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Flexible Working Hours: Option to compensate overtime with time off.
