About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at ProVeg e.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and headhunting top talent to support our global 50by40 mission.

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for acquiring and headhunting people with the skills and talents our organisation needs to achieve our goals. You will work closely with management to ensure that our recruitment processes are aligned with our organisational culture and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Headhunting: You will be responsible for recruiting processes from drafting job descriptions to conducting selection interviews and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Optimising Recruitment Processes: You will focus on optimising our recruitment processes to ensure that we attract and win the most promising talent that fits our organisational needs.
  • Supporting Team Members: You will support other team members with your experience in active sourcing and headhunting to expand our applicant pipeline.
  • Headhunting Strategy: You will create a headhunting strategy to help us find and attract the best talent to support our mission.
  • Candidate Experience: You will ensure that the candidate's experience throughout our recruitment process meets the highest quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience of working in recruiting and headhunting.
  • Skills: Understanding of international recruitment practices, ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts, and excellent communication skills in English.
