About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at ProVeg e.V. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the global food system by driving talent acquisition and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Headhunting: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for key roles within our organization.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job description drafting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and achieve strategic priorities.
  • HR Operations: Coordinate learning activities, develop in-house training programs, and oversee the Personal Development Review process.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement a strong employer brand strategy to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting and headhunting, with a strong understanding of international recruitment practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in HR or recruitment may be advantageous.
