We are looking for a dedicated Senior Account Executive (m/w/d) in the Healthcare Sector to enhance our operations in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking Charge: You will hold both content and commercial responsibility for assigned purchasing communities, managing market dynamics, customer relations, stakeholder engagement, and pricing strategies.
  • Driving Performance: You will actively manage key performance indicators throughout the sales process for your designated accounts.
  • Building Networks: Analyze and develop cross-target regional networks within the relevant market while strategically expanding your own connections.
  • Leading Strategic Initiatives: Act as a catalyst and project leader for strategic initiatives in marketing and sales aimed at enhancing business efficiency.
  • Advancing Sales: Implement forward-thinking sales projects to strategically penetrate new market segments.
  • Fostering Development: Serve as a key contributor to the evolution of relevant tools for modern sales management, collaborating closely with local Commercial Excellence and Tender Excellence teams.
Required Competencies:
  • Solid Education: A completed degree or vocational training combined with several years of professional experience, including a minimum of three years in sales within the relevant market.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You possess a communicative and engaging personality with a confident demeanor and exceptional sales acumen, thriving in negotiations until achieving successful, sustainable outcomes.
  • Organizational Skills: You demonstrate strong self-management, planning, organization, and project management abilities, complemented by a robust network.
  • Performance Orientation: You exhibit high motivation, goal and customer orientation, along with a willingness to travel extensively.
  • Technical Proficiency: You have a solid understanding and proficient use of relevant IT systems.
