Opportunity Overview

We are seeking to engage with experienced Business Analysts to join a consultancy firm. This role involves a hybrid working model and is focused on delivering essential business management services.

Role Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in client interactions, acting as a subject matter expert who connects the business with clients. The responsibilities include:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting precise business requirements.
  • Creating detailed specifications and documentation.
  • Mapping current business processes and use cases, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Innovating and enhancing existing processes to adapt to future operational needs.
  • Presenting specifications to the software development team.
  • Monitoring the development of functionalities from a client viewpoint.
  • Conducting tests and overseeing the validation of software functionalities against initial requirements.
  • Assisting clients in identifying and implementing business improvements.
  • Providing training to clients and staff on system functionalities, including conducting presentations and demonstrations.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with assigned clients at all organizational levels.
  • Serving as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication regarding any issues or challenges.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Consulting experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with a proven track record of fostering strong partnerships.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, adept at identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and processes, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Technical proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
  • Strong documentation skills, capable of producing clear and concise documentation for processes, requirements, and reports.

Compensation

Competitive daily rate offered for this initial contract role.
