Consultancy Business Analyst

G MASS is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our team. This role involves working on a hybrid basis and focuses on delivering essential business management services to our clients in the investment management sector.
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients and the business, utilizing their expertise to understand challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Capturing, analyzing, and documenting clear business requirements.
- Writing specifications and documenting current business processes and use cases.
- Collaborating with clients to verify requirements and processes.
- Innovating and developing processes to address future operational needs.
- Presenting specifications to the software development team.
- Overseeing the development of functionality from a client perspective.
- Testing software functionality against original requirements and specifications.
- Assisting clients with business improvements.
- Training clients and staff on system functionality, including presentations and demonstrations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with assigned clients at all levels.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Communicating any issues or challenges faced by clients regarding software and service provision.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Consulting experience, preferably in investment management or financial services.
- Strong client relationship skills with a proven track record of developing partnerships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
- Technical proficiency with data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation for processes, requirements, and reports.
