Data Strategy Consultant

Are you enthusiastic about facilitating digital evolution in the analytics sector? Become a pivotal part of our expanding Data & Analytics Practice and collaborate with clients to navigate their journey towards becoming data-centric organizations. As a Data Strategy Consultant, you will architect data strategies, envision data platforms and products, and influence the future data landscape for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate comprehensive strategies and frameworks in Data & Analytics for clients, aligning business objectives with robust data strategies.
  • Articulate the capabilities of contemporary technologies and tools to clients, demonstrating effective utilization methods.
  • Guide development teams, discern client requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Enhance existing client relationships and cultivate new skills and solution offerings within our portfolio.
  • Coordinate the collaboration of On-, Near-, and Offshore teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of pertinent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in crafting strategies, frameworks, and architectures in Data & Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of current data structuring and organizational methodologies.
  • Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google) and a programming language or analytical tool (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SAS).
  • Experience leading On- and Nearshore project teams.
  • Agile mindset with knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong client management capabilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability required in a consulting context.
  • Fluency in German and English.
