Ihre Aufgaben

In Ihrer Funktion als Data Strategy Consultant (m/w/d) sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Projekte im Bereich Datenanalyse und Reporting. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Entscheidungsträgern (global, regionale Hauptsitze und lokale Organisationen), um Anforderungen in nachhaltige Lösungen zu übersetzen und als Schnittstelle zwischen geschäftlichen und technischen Funktionen zu agieren.
- Abstimmung mit dem Management über die Vision und den Umfang der Datenanalyse-Landschaft und informelle Leitung agiler Teams während des gesamten Lieferprozesses.
- Effektive Übersetzung von geschäftlichen Herausforderungen in datengestützte Fragestellungen, die durch Analysen beantwortet werden können.
- Analyse und Interpretation von Daten, Identifizierung tragfähiger Optionen und Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen, die geschäftliche Entscheidungen unterstützen.
- Kommunikation technischer Ergebnisse an nicht-technische Stakeholder in klarer und prägnanter Sprache, die leicht verständlich ist.
- Präsentation von Ergebnissen auf überzeugende Weise durch Datenstorytelling.
- Aufbau und Demonstration von Empathie für unsere internen Kunden, Verständnis ihrer Bedürfnisse und Nutzung von Datenanalysen zur Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Mitgliedern des Datenanalyseteams, um eine genaue Datenerfassung und -interpretation sicherzustellen.
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Analyse von Daten zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungs- und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.
- Übernahme der Rolle des Produktverantwortlichen für zentrale Datenanalyseprojekte und nach der Implementierung Leitung der Kommunikation, des Change Managements, der Schulung und der Anpassungsprozesse.

Ihre Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Datenanalyse, Business Intelligence oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation (ein Schwerpunkt auf Mathematik oder Statistik ist von Vorteil).
- Mehr als 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst, CRM-Manager, Finanzmanager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Datenanalyse, Business Intelligence und Statistik.
- Gutes Verständnis komplexer und technischer Fragestellungen sowie Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen.
- Kenntnisse in Power BI, SharePoint und Power Automate.
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Jira, Confluence, MS Azure DevOps.
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig oder im Team zu arbeiten.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch auf allen Ebenen der Organisation.
- Fähigkeit, zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern und dem technischen Datenteam zu übersetzen.
- Eine Kombination aus hervorragendem Geschäftssinn mit starken zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive, ergebnisorientierte Einstellung.
- Leidenschaft für den Aufbau hervorragender Datenprodukte zur Unterstützung der globalen und digitalen Transformation.
