Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial processing of tenders and orders, focusing on major international projects, including reviewing tender, inquiry, and order conditions, and preparing commercial comments.
  • Develop and negotiate supply and consortium agreements.
  • Coordinate legal, tax, transportation, financing, and insurance issues.
  • Oversee project-related risk management, invoicing, payment processing, claim, and receivables management.
  • Act as the commercial contact person for external customers and internal project management.

Your Profile

  • Hold a degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or a comparable field.
  • Have professional experience in commercial offer processing or order processing, as well as experience in international projects in plant engineering.
  • Possess basic knowledge of finance, accounting, bookkeeping, controlling, taxes, and insurance.
  • SAP knowledge in the SD and CO modules is advantageous.
  • Have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, with additional foreign language skills welcome (e.g., French, Spanish).
  • Be willing to travel internationally (approximately %).
  • Exhibit a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, good personal work organization, and initiative and coordination skills.
