Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to support our Group Division Hydro. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the offer and order processing of major international projects.

Your tasks will include:

  • Reviewing tender, inquiry, and order conditions
  • Preparing commercial comments
  • Negotiating supply and consortium contracts
  • Coordinating legal, tax, transportation, financing, and insurance issues
  • Managing project-related risk, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Acting as a commercial contact person for external customers and internal project management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in law, economics, or business administration, or a comparable course of study
  • Knowledge of contract and commercial management, ideally in EPC/EPCM projects, and comprehension of current standards and regulations
  • Professional experience in commercial offer processing or order processing, as well as experience in international projects in plant engineering
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, controlling, taxes, and insurance
  • Experience in SAP (modules SD and CO) is an advantage
  • Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken; additional language skills are desirable
  • Willingness to travel internationally on business (approx. 10%)
