About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for the commercial processing of tenders and orders, including the review of tender, inquiry, and order conditions, as well as the preparation of commercial comments.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender, inquiry, and order conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare commercial comments and recommendations for senior management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of tenders and orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external customers and suppliers.
- Manage and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, transportation, financing, and insurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced commercial professional with a strong background in project management, commercial operations, and international business development. You should have a degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
