To strengthen the Sales Division of our affiliated entity, UFI Filters Hydrogen Srl, we are seeking a Business Development and Sales Executive who will be accountable for formulating, advancing, and executing the sales strategy of the organization in alignment with economic, efficiency, and quality objectives.

This role encompasses activities in both the water electrolysis and fuel cell sectors, focusing on the acquisition of new clientele and the establishment of robust, enduring commercial alliances.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in defining the overarching strategic framework and key performance indicators for sustainable organizational growth;
  • Identify and cultivate the customer base within the CCM sector while driving market expansion;
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover and develop new business prospects;
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and market dynamics to formulate strategic insights and approaches;
  • Contribute valuable input for product enhancement and marketing initiatives;
  • Manage key account relationships with European clients;
  • Oversee client projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution;
  • Engage in and influence internal projects aimed at optimizing sales methodologies and improving overall sales effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Green Hydrogen sector with a proven sales track record, preferably in the Water Electrolysis PEM market;
  • Comprehensive product and market expertise;
  • Established relationships with clients in the European green Hydrogen market;
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional negotiation capabilities;
  • Sales-oriented personality with a strong focus on customer service;
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
