About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Finance Transformation & Digital Hub team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply technical expertise to support innovative solutions addressing business challenges and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions, including automation, RPA, ERP, cloud, and low-code applications.
  • Support the execution of digital transformation projects within the finance domain, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of technical solutions, including Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, and SAP.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a technical role with business interaction or a business role with tech interaction.
  • Basic experience in developing and delivering technical solutions.
  • Additional certifications (RPA, project management, risk management) are a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
  • Eagerness to learn and work on new topics.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to assist in storytelling and presentations.
