About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Finance Transformation & Digital Hub team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital transformation projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business benefits.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in a tech role or a business role interacting with tech.
  • Hands-on experience in building and delivering technical solutions using platforms such as Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar tech platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • High learning ability, willingness to work on new topics, and excellent communication skills.
