Key Responsibilities- Standardization: Lead the harmonization of diverse accounting processes across various countries within the Accounts Payable domain.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in Accounts Payable processes by developing target processes and overseeing their successful implementation.
- Impact Analysis: Assess the effects of new business models on Accounts Payable workflows and coordinate the execution with all relevant stakeholders.
- Process Mapping: Maintain and regularly update the Accounts Payable Process Map, ensuring alignment with a standardized taxonomy and collaboration with other Process Owner Teams.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in economic studies complemented by several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a Shared Service Center.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization in an international setting.
- A proven track record of taking responsibility in project work, showcasing a structured and analytical approach.
- A strong affinity for both accounting and IT, with an understanding of the interplay between accounting principles and system functionalities.
- Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
