Senior Process Optimization Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Optimization Specialist to join our Process Management team at MediaMarktSaturn Global Business Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the centralization of accounting processes across different countries and regions, ensuring seamless integration with our Shared Service Centers in Barcelona and Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the centralization of accounting processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process standardization across countries and regions.
- Review current processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement, documenting findings and recommendations for process optimization.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to standardize processes, identifying best practices and implementing process maps based on a standard taxonomy.
- Design and implement process improvements, working closely with operational units and IT to ensure successful implementation.
- Analyze the impact of new business models on accounting processes, providing recommendations for process adaptation.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on process optimization in an international context.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take responsibility for project work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and hierarchical levels.
- Business fluency in German and English, with knowledge of Spanish considered an advantage.
