Your Tasks
- Oversee the centralization of accounting processes within the General Accounting framework across various countries to Shared Service Centers.
- Evaluate existing processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and identify gaps.
- Facilitate initiatives aimed at standardizing processes across different countries in collaboration with IT teams.
- Create a General Accounting Process Map utilizing a standardized taxonomy that aligns with other Process Owner Teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of General Accounting processes in partnership with operational units and IT.
- Assess the implications of new business models on General Accounting processes.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in finance and accounting, particularly in process optimization.
- Methodical and analytical approach to work.
- Strong affinity for accounting and IT, with a solid understanding of organizational processes in a shared service center.
- Effective communication skills across various departments and levels of hierarchy.
- Collaborative team player with a practical and hands-on approach.
- Fluent in German and English, with knowledge of Spanish considered an advantage.
