**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Operation Test and Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Berlin/Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our Field Operation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our field operations, including testing, commissioning, and maintenance of our products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspecting incoming goods at the installation site
- Preparing shipments, including packaging and transportation organization
- Creating RMA (Return Material Authority) requests
- Updating and tracking repair status
- Monitoring tool calibration
- Regularly updating the spare parts inventory
- Tracking missing materials in the production chain and supporting the development of a retrofit strategy
**Requirements**
- Students with an interest in the rail industry from fields such as transportation, economics, electrical engineering, rail vehicle technology, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills, structured work approach
- Initiative, curiosity, and openness
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in an international environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
