Test and Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test and Commissioning Manager to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all Test and Commissioning activities, ensuring strategies are in alignment with company policies and commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize test allocation between in-house and on-site, increasing efficiency and coverage
- Support the definition and negotiation of activity schedules for proper validation
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and applicable norms
- Coordinate execution and reporting of validation activities
- Manage internal and external interfaces for Test and Commissioning activities
- Continuously improve based on Return on Experience (REX) on Test and Commissioning activities

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field
- Experience or understanding of Test and Commissioning or Verification and Validation activities in signalling projects
- Knowledge of project management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives
- Familiarity with interfacing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- A certification in project or quality management is considered advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Flexibility, mobility, and availability for international travel and night shifts
