About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ONB Test & Commissioning Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the test and commissioning activities for our signaling subsystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the test and commissioning activities for signaling subsystems, ensuring compliance with system specification documents and contractual requirements.
- Organize and plan test activities, allocate resources, and document test results.
- Verify the functionality and performance of signaling systems, identifying and resolving any issues or anomalies.
- Develop and maintain test procedures and documentation for signaling subsystems.
- Interface with engineering and verification teams to optimize test activities and share resources.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality test results.
- Represent the team in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Report progress and issues to the project field operation manager and test and commissioning manager.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering (electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience.
- Multiple years of experience in test and commissioning or verification activities for signaling projects.
- Deep knowledge of one or more signaling subsystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of German and English language (read, written, spoken).
- Driving license and flexibility regarding mobility.
