Test and Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test and Commissioning Manager to join our team at Alstom in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all Test and Commissioning activities, ensuring strategies are in alignment with company policies and commitments.
Your Key Responsibilities- Optimize test allocation between in-house and on-site, increasing efficiency and coverage
- Support the definition and negotiation of activity schedules for proper validation
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and applicable norms
- Coordinate execution and reporting of validation activities
- Manage internal and external interfaces for Test and Commissioning activities
- Continuously improve based on Return on Experience (REX) on Test and Commissioning activities

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field
- Experience or understanding of Test and Commissioning or Verification and Validation activities in signalling projects
- Knowledge of project management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives
- Familiarity with interfacing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- A certification in project or quality management is considered advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Flexibility, mobility, and availability for international travel and night shifts
